Understanding the Dashboard

The Mobile First Web platform features two main dashboards to help you manage your account and websites effectively:

  1. Central Account Dashboard: This is your main hub after logging in, where you manage your overall account and view all your websites.

  2. Website Workplace: Each of your websites has its own dedicated dashboard with tools and settings specific to that website.

To manage a specific website:

  1. Select a Website: From the My Websites list on the Central Account Dashboard, click on the website you wish to manage.

  2. Access the Website Workplace: You will be redirected to the selected website's dashboard.

Website Workplace

The Website Workplace is where you manage all aspects of a specific website. It features a dedicated Navigation Menu with tools and settings relevant to that site.

Navigation Menu

Located on the left side of the Website Workplace, the Navigation Menu includes:

  • Overview: View a summary of your website's performance and recent activity.

  • Page Builder: Launch the website editor to design and modify your site's content and layout.

  • All Pages: Manage all pages within your website, including adding, editing, or deleting pages.

    • Create Product Listings: Add products with detailed descriptions, images, and pricing.
    • Inventory Management: Track stock levels for physical products.
    • Secure Transactions: Process payments securely.
    • Shipping Options: Set up shipping methods and calculate costs.

  • Settings: Adjust website-specific settings, including:

    • Domain Configuration: Connect a custom domain or manage your site's URL.
    • SEO Settings: Optimize your site for search engines.

Quick Access Tools in Website Workplace

  • Search Bar: Search within your website's content, pages, or settings.
  • Help Icon: Access context-specific help or the knowledge base related to your website.
  • Notifications: View alerts and messages specific to this website.

By understanding the structure of the Central Account Dashboard and the individual Website Workplace, you can efficiently manage your overall account and each of your websites. This separation allows you to focus on account-level tasks, such as subscription management and creating new websites, while also providing dedicated spaces to manage the details of each website individually.
